Baku: The image of a child in advertising may be used with the consent of his parents. This development comes as a proposed amendment to the Law "On Advertising" was discussed at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Family, Women and Children's Affairs.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, under the draft, materials featuring a child's image in advertising may be used only with the consent of the child's parents, or persons acting in their place. This amendment aims to regulate how children's images are utilized in advertising, ensuring parental oversight and approval.
