Almaty: A delegation led by Saadat Aliyeva, the Rector of Azerbaijan University and PhD in Philology, is currently participating in the 'Study in Azerbaijan' education exhibition at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The event is co-organized by the Ministries of Science and Education of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan and is designed to present a wide array of educational programs and scholarship opportunities, as well as to provide insights into student life in Azerbaijan.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the exhibition is part of a broader initiative to enhance educational cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. It serves as a platform to inform students and young professionals about the educational opportunities available in Azerbaijan. The event also coincides with the second Forum of Rectors of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijani Universities, which focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation in science and higher education.

In a move to foster collaboration, Azerbaijan University has signed memorandums of understanding with several Kazakhstani universities, including K.I. Satbayev Kazakh National Research Technical University, Caspian University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yessenov, and Manash Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University. The agreements were signed by the respective rectors, Saadat Aliyeva, Meiram Begentayev, Berik Akhmetov, and Yerbol Maratovich Issakayev.
