Baku: Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan relations encompass a multifaceted cooperation agenda, said President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in his letter to President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
According to Trend News Agency, President Ilham Aliyev emphasized the continuous expansion and enrichment of the mutually beneficial cooperation between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. He highlighted the progress in various fields such as political, economic, trade, industrial, energy, transport-logistics, security, investment, agricultural, and humanitarian sectors. The president noted that the unprecedented achievements attained through bilateral cooperation contribute to the progress of both countries, the well-being of their peoples, regional cooperation, and overall prosperity and stability.
