Baku: The Secretariat of the Azerbaijan Writers’ Union has sent a letter to President Ilham Aliyev, expressing congratulations on his recent political and diplomatic successes.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter acknowledges Aliyev’s leadership in achieving significant political milestones, particularly through documents signed on August 8, 2025, in Washington, D.C.

The letter emphasizes the continuation of the achievements from the Patriotic War of 2020, underlining the restoration of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity and state sovereignty following a successful anti-terror operation in 2023.
