Baku: Azerbaijani and Chinese citizens have been mutually exempted from visa requirements.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Ilham Aliyev has approved the “Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on mutual exemption from visa requirements for citizens holding ordinary passports.”

The agreement was signed on April 23, 2025, in Beijing. This development marks a significant step in enhancing bilateral relations between the two nations, facilitating easier travel for their citizens.
