Baku: On August 14, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, engaged in a telephone conversation with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Murat Nurtleu, as reported by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs to APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Kazakhstani Foreign Minister expressed his congratulations on the recent agreements between Azerbaijan and the United States following the Azerbaijani President’s visit to the U.S. He also commended the advancements in the Azerbaijan-Armenia normalization process. The signed documents were highlighted as significant for ensuring peace and stability in the region.

Both ministers conveyed satisfaction with the current level of strategic partnership relations between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. They emphasized that ongoing high-level contacts and visits are instrumental in enhancing cooperation between the two nations.

The discussion also underscored the importance of strengthening collaboration within regional and international organizations to which both countries belong. Preparations for upcoming events in the coming months were a topic of discussion.
