Baku: Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar engaged in a phone conversation to discuss regional security and bilateral cooperation. According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the conversation, which took place on March 12, was prompted by rising military tensions in the Middle East. The ministers evaluated the current regional security landscape and acknowledged the increasing military escalation in the Middle East. They also explored avenues for enhancing their strategic cooperation and reviewed plans for future engagements. During the call, both ministers expressed their appreciation for the existing strategic ties between Azerbaijan and Pakistan. They also exchanged views on several other issues of mutual interest, reaffirming their commitment to strengthen bilateral relations.
