Belgrade: In accordance with the bilateral military cooperation plan signed between the Defense Ministries of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Serbia, a joint tactical exercise involving artillerymen from the two countries was held, APA reports, citing the Ministry of Defense. The exercise took place in Serbia and featured artillery units engaging in combat firing with self-propelled howitzers and multiple-launch rocket systems.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the live-fire exercise showcased the use of NORA B-52 self-propelled gun-howitzers, where targets were successfully destroyed with precise artillery fire. The servicemen effectively fulfilled the tasks set out for them during the exercise. The exercise emphasized mutual exchange of experience, aimed at improving the knowledge and abilities of the command staff and enhancing the personnel’s field and practical skills. Additionally, it focused on planning units’ activities during combat operations.
