According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, both leaders emphasized the importance of international exercises in maintaining a high level of combat training for their armed forces. The meeting underscored that such activities contribute significantly to enhancing the knowledge and skills of servicemen, expanding experience exchange, and strengthening cooperation in the military field.

The discussions also included an extensive exchange of views on joint activities in the military and military-technical fields, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
