Baku: A memorandum of cooperation has been signed between the Table Tennis Federations of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. The agreement, aimed at enhancing cooperation and fostering friendly relations, was signed by Secretary General of Azerbaijan Table Tennis Federation (ATTF) Konul Mikayilova and Secretary General of the Uzbekistan Table Tennis Federation (UTTF) Gavharkhon Mukaddasova.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the memorandum outlines several areas of collaboration, including athlete training, scientific approaches in sports, and the exchange of experience. It also highlights plans for joint competitions, training camps, and cooperation in sports medicine, anti-doping, and sports tourism. Additionally, the agreement includes mutual training programs for coaches and referees, as well as visits to sports facilities. This cooperation is expected to bolster the athletes' performance from both countries on the international stage in the coming years.
