Ankara: An exhibition featuring the works of Azerbaijani artists, themed "The Glorious Victory that Ensured Our Sovereignty," has opened at the Ankara Art and Sculpture Museum in Ankara, Trkiye. The exhibition was organized as part of a joint project between the Azerbaijan Cultural Center under the Azerbaijani Embassy in Trkiye and the Ankara Art and Sculpture Museum.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the event gathered members of the diplomatic corps, cultural and art figures, as well as Azerbaijanis living in Trkiye. The event featured the screening of a short documentary highlighting the victory claimed during the 44-day Patriotic War.

Addressing the opening ceremony, ‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬¦¡¬¦€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬¦€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬¦€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦€š¬…€œmer Faruk Belviranli, Director General of Fine Arts Department at the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, highlighted the existing friendly and brotherly relations between Azerbaijan and Trkiye, stressing the importance of the exhibition. In his remarks, Samir Abbasov, Director of the Azerbaijan Cultural Center, described the victory as a sacred and landmark occasion for every nation, briefing the participants about the glorious victory achieved during the 44-day Patriotic War.

Fuzuli Majidli, Advisor at the Azerbaijani Embassy in Trkiye, also underscored the brotherly relations between the two countries, adding that such cultural initiatives contribute significantly to fostering the cultural diplomacy between the two countries. Other speakers included Samil Ayrim, Head of the Trkiye-Azerbaijan Interparliamentary Friendship Group; Ayyce Trkes, MP of the Turkish Grand National Assembly; and Arif Huseynov, Azerbaijani People's Artist.

Subsequently, the participants viewed the exhibition, featuring portraits of outstanding Azerbaijani and Turkish personalities, including Mustafa Kemal Atatrk and National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the works highlighting the Azerbaijani culture, the country's spiritual values, Garabagh, as well as the Azerbaijan-Trkiye brotherhood.
