Ostrava: Two Azerbaijani boxers have advanced to the final of the 2025 European Boxing U19 Championships in Ostrava, Czech Republic.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, boxer Banuchichak Nasirli, competing in the 48kg category, secured a decisive 5:0 victory over Italian opponent Amelia Sula, earning a spot in the final against French boxer Mathilda Fragnieres.

Additionally, Bilalhabashi Nazarov, fighting in the 50kg category, triumphed over Romanian Ionut Razvan Panaite with a 5:0 score. Nazarov is set to face Italian contender Tommaso Orlando in the final bout.

Subhan Babayev, competing in the 60kg category, faced Georgian Luka Chkhikvadze and concluded his journey with a bronze medal. The competition is scheduled to conclude on October 10.
