Baku: “1,589,187 people have voted, 1,580,532 ballots have been counted,” said Chairman of the Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov at a press conference regarding the preliminary results of the municipal elections.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Chairman has stated that reports have been submitted by 118 constituencies and 4,872 polling stations.
