BAKU: A sum of 128 observers have been registered for the extraordinary parliamentary election in Azerbaijan, Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan (CEC) Mazahir Panahov said at today’s CEC meeting, Trend reports.

“Out of them, 125 are observers of the New Azerbaijan Party, and 3 people registered as observers on their initiative,” he added.
