Belgrade: An Azerbaijani delegation visited the monument to National Leader Heydar Aliyev in Tasmajdan Park, Belgrade, during an international conference focused on strengthening family policies and Serbia’s demographic development.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the delegation paid tribute to the National Leader and laid flowers at his monument. The presence of Heydar Aliyev’s monument in Tasmajdan Park signifies the strong relations of friendship and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Serbia, as well as the respect the Serbian people have for the distinguished statesman.

The Azerbaijani delegation also took the opportunity to visit the monument dedicated to the renowned Serbian writer Milorad Pavic.
