Baku: Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has underscored the enduring impact of the Khojaly tragedy, highlighting the nation's ongoing commitment to remembering the victims and rebuilding the region. Speaking to journalists, Bayramov reflected on the past five years, during which Azerbaijan has commemorated the tragedy and worked towards restoring its territorial integrity. He noted that significant reconstruction efforts are currently underway in Karabakh.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Foreign Minister stressed that life is gradually returning to Khojaly. He described the Khojaly tragedy as the largest in scale, emphasizing that it was preceded by other massacres against the Azerbaijani people. Bayramov reiterated the importance of never forgetting these events as the nation moves forward.
