Azerbaijani FM Heads to Moscow for CIS Council Meeting

MOSCOW — Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, embarked on a working visit to Moscow on October 6 to engage in the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). This meeting is set to deliberate on various regional and international issues.

According to Trend News Agency, during his visit, Minister Bayramov is expected to deliver a speech at the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers meeting. He will also partake in several high-level bilateral discussions which aim to deepen diplomatic ties and foster cooperation within the CIS framework.

The agenda for the Council meeting is likely to cover a wide array of topics pivotal to the CIS countries, ranging from economic collaboration to security challenges in the region.
