Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Yemeni Foreign Minister Ahmed Awad Bin Mubarak, who is visiting our country, within the framework of the Summit meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement’s Contact Group on the fight against COVID-19, Azerbaijani MFA told APA.

During the meeting, future cooperation prospects in economic trade, humanitarian, education, and other fields between the two countries were discussed. The ministers also exchanged views on cooperation issues within the framework of international organizations, especially the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and NAM.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Yemen, Ahmed Awad Binmubarak, expressed his gratitude for the activities of our country within the framework of the Non-Aligned Movement, including the high-level organization of the Summit meeting of the Contact Group of the Non-Aligned Movement on the fight against COVID-19 in Baku.
