On November 22, 2021, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has met with the Secretary-General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) Dusen Kaseinov, the Azerbaijani MFA told APA.

The parties have exchanged their common views on the beneficial cooperation between Azerbaijan and TURKSOY and works carried out by the organization in the direction of the promotion of a mutual culture of the Turkic nations.
