“Armenia avoids constructive negotiations unreasonably,” Azerbaijan’s FM Jeyhun Bayramov told journalists, APA reports.

According to the minister, Armenia also inflicted a serious blow on the essence of the negotiations on the peace process,

“Now, we have switched to online diplomacy in this field. The conditions are sent to each other. However, time will show how effective this will be,” noted the minister.
