“Azerbaijan complies with its obligations under the trilateral Statement. So, the Lachin road is open for humanitarian issues,” Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told journalists.

The FM noted that the transportation of ammunition and mines along the Lachin road is unacceptable.
