Baku: Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov recently held a meeting with Arguj Kalantarli, the newly elected Secretary-General of the International Civil Defence Organization (ICDO). This meeting took place within the context of the 3rd extraordinary session of the ICDO General Assembly held in Baku.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Minister Bayramov extended his congratulations to Kalantarli on his election, marking a significant milestone as the first Azerbaijani to hold this prominent position. Bayramov emphasized that this appointment underscores Azerbaijan's elevated international standing and its expanding influence in the realm of civil defense.
