Azerbaijani-Georgian joint university may be established

“Joint staff preparation of universities of both countries is considered for the solution of shortage of teachers of the Azerbaijani language and literature in Azerbaijani-language schools acting in Georgia,” said Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev as a response to a question of APA’s bureau in Georgia.

According to Minister, the issue has been kept in mind at the meetings held on the sidelines of the visit to Georgia.

Minister has added that as one of the long-term ways of solutions of the problem, establishment opportunities of a joint university has been established:

“However, comprehensive discussion of technical details is needed before application of the ways of solution,” stressed Minister.
