Baku: Representatives of leading Azerbaijani media outlets visited the Kabar news agency to gain insights into its operations during a press tour in Kyrgyzstan.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the visitors were briefed on the history and development of Kabar news agency, its key operational areas, modern information presentation formats, and the editorial process organization. Azerbaijani media representatives observed the agency's editorial activities, technical capabilities, and learned about news material preparation and interactions with international news agencies.

Leyla Muradzade, a journalist from AZERTAC news agency, shared that upon arrival, they visited Ala-Archa Nature Park and appreciated Kyrgyzstan's natural beauty. She noted the resemblance of the landscape to Azerbaijan and expressed anticipation for their upcoming visit to Issyk-Kul, a renowned site in Kyrgyzstan. Muradzade emphasized that such encounters foster stronger ties between journalists from both countries, facilitating experience exchange and media cooperation.

The press tour aims to enhance professional interactions between media representatives from Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan, build mutual trust, and nurture public diplomacy, contributing to closer relations between the peoples of both nations. Azerbaijani journalists will explore leading domestic media outlets and modern state information policy approaches during their stay. They are also set to engage in a cultural and educational program, visiting the country's natural and tourist sites.

The visit, organized by Askat Alagozov, the head of state's press secretary, on behalf of President Sadyr Zhaparov, is part of efforts to deepen Kyrgyz-Azerbaijani cooperation in information and humanitarian spheres. Similar educational visits have been successfully conducted for media representatives from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan.
