Azerbaijani Journalists Explore Sea Breeze Uzbekistan Tourism Project

Tashkent: Azerbaijani journalists have familiarized themselves with the Sea Breeze Uzbekistan tourism project during their visit to Uzbekistan and visited the project's construction site, APA's correspondent dispatched to Uzbekistan reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, media representatives were informed about the concept of the project, the progress of construction work, and the modern tourism, residential, and recreational infrastructure planned to be created in the area. Sea Breeze Uzbekistan is a large-scale resort and residential project located on the shore of the Charvak Reservoir, approximately 80 kilometers from Tashkent. The project's master plan covers an area of 527 hectares and a 7-kilometer stretch of coastline, with implementation planned in stages between 2025 and 2035.

The project will include residential complexes and villas, hotels and aparthotels, equipped beaches, restaurants, sports and entertainment facilities, as well as recreational and wellness infrastructure. A modern boulevard, with a planned initial phase of 2.3 kilometers, will also be constructed. Special attention is being paid to landscaping, with more than 1,000 trees already planted and over 10,000 more planned.

Sea Breeze Uzbekistan aims to develop as a modern year-round tourism and residential destination. The project will feature a school, water park, recreational parks, facilities for water and winter sports, and host various festivals, concerts, sporting, and cultural events. One of the main objectives is to enhance Uzbekistan's tourism potential, attract foreign tourists and investment, and establish a new international-level tourism center in the Charvak area.

During the visit, media representatives observed the ongoing construction and were briefed on future infrastructure development. Sea Breeze Uzbekistan is the second project by Agalarov Development in Uzbekistan, alongside the Agalarov Residence premium residential complex in Tashkent.
