Guayaquil: Azerbaijani fighters will challenge for judo glory at the World Championships to be held in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Azerbaijan will be represented by a team of 4 female and 10 male athletes, competing across nine weight categories. The world championships, set for August 20-23, will bring together 459 athletes (242 male and 217 female) from 61 countries.
