Azerbaijani military closed Lachin road in response to terrorist attack

The Azerbaijani military, carrying out tasks to maintain constitutional order in Karabakh, closed the Lachin road in response to the terrorist attack that was committed on the morning of November 13 by an Armenian driver on the Lachin road near the city of Shusha.

According to the message news.am The Armenian side, through mediation with Russian peacekeepers, is negotiating the goal of opening the road.

An Azerbaijani post near the city of Shusha was attacked this morning. According to local media, an armed Armenian threw a grenade at the Azerbaijani military, one of whom was wounded.

The attacker was detained by Russian peacekeepers who were nearby.

According to the Armenian media, the separatist regime confirmed the fact of the attack on the Azerbaijani military.

Sputnik-Armenia has spread a false version of what happened, according to which a man threw explosives at a checkpoint near Shusha in response to a provocation by Azerbaijani servicemen. “At that moment, the enemy opened indiscriminate fire on the Armenian cars that were there,” the message says verbatim. However, the video of the Russian peacekeepers shows that the situation was calm at the checkpoints. The Azerbaijani military did not even return fire on the terrorist.
