Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies Rashad Nabiyev has met with the delegation lead by Governor of Oklahoma, USA John Kevin Stitt, the minister wrote on Twitter, APA-Economics reports.

“We met with the delegation lead by Governor of Oklahoma, USA John Kevin Stitt. We exchanged views on our ongoing digital transformation concept, as well as on smart village,” the minister noted.
