Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence Refutes Claims of Cultural Center Damage

Baku: The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence has refuted claims disseminated by Armenia alleging that Azerbaijan Army Units opened fire on the Khanazakh settlement, causing damage to a cultural center. The Ministry described these claims as baseless, false, and complete disinformation.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Ministry of Defence emphasized that Azerbaijan Army Units did not engage in any firing towards the mentioned direction. The Ministry reiterated that the army units never target civilian populations or facilities and stressed that retaliatory measures are only taken in response to provocations initiated by Armenian armed forces.

The statement from the Ministry also highlighted that Armenia’s actions aim to mislead the international community by spreading false claims that do not reflect reality. The Ministry accused Armenia of attempting to conceal its recent provocations, which include regular firing on Azerbaijan Army positions from multiple directions.
