Karabakh: An Azerbaijani non-governmental organization (NGO) cooperation forum will soon take place in Karabakh, said Ulviyya Garayeva, Public Relations Manager at the State Support Agency for NGOs, Trend reports.
According to Trend News Agency, Garayeva noted that the forum will be dedicated to the “Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty.” She highlighted that for the third consecutive year, Azerbaijani NGOs have been organizing annual cooperation meetings and forums with broad discussion platforms. Previous forums took place at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku in November 2023 and at the Congress Center in Zangilan in June 2024. The upcoming event marks a significant gathering in Karabakh.
Garayeva further mentioned that preparations are underway for the VI NGO Development and Exchange Program. This program had previously been held in Mingachevir, Naftalan, Baku, Nakhchivan, and Shamakhi. She emphasized that for the first time, the program is planned to be organized in the liberated territories, marking an important milestone for the region.
