Baku: The price of Azerbaijani oil experienced a decline in global markets. Azeri Light crude saw a decrease of $0.65, or 0.9 percent, settling at $71.81 per barrel on Friday.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the current price reflects a significant drop from its all-time high of $149.66 per barrel, recorded in July 2008. Conversely, the all-time low for Azeri Light was $15.81 per barrel, which occurred on April 21, 2020.
