Baku: The price of Azerbaijani oil of the “Azeri Light” (CIF) brand has experienced a slight increase in world markets. The price per barrel has risen by 0.07 US dollars, bringing it to a total of 64.43 US dollars.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the previous price of Azerbaijani oil was recorded at 64.36 US dollars per barrel. This marginal increase is noteworthy given the context of Azerbaijan’s state budget for this year, where the average price of one barrel of “Azeri Light” oil was calculated at 70 US dollars. The current price remains below this budgeted figure, highlighting ongoing market fluctuations.
