According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the price of Azerbaijani oil per barrel rose by 0.71 US dollars, or 1%, reaching 71.25 US dollars. This marks an uptick from the previous price of 70.54 US dollars per barrel.

It is noteworthy that Azerbaijan’s state budget for this year had calculated the average price per barrel of Azeri Light Azerbaijani oil at 70 US dollars. This rise in oil prices could have implications for the nation’s economic strategies and budget allocations for the remainder of the fiscal year.
