Azerbaijani Parliament had adopted an appeal to the world Azerbaijanis, APA reports.
The commission, established in the Parliament, has developed a draft decision “On confirmation of Address of Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the occasion of Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis”.
The appeal has been presented by Deputy Konul Nurullayeva.
