Parliament of Azerbaijan has congratulated President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva on Novruz holiday, Trend reports.

The proposal to send congratulations was offered at the parliamentary session, by Parliament Chair Sahiba Gafarova.

The MPs approved the proposal with applause.
