An Azerbaijani delegation has attended the meetings on the sidelines the 16th conference of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (PUIC), hosted by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey under the theme “Sharing, Conscience and the Islam: Palestine, Migration and Afghanistan”.

Azerbaijani MP Jeyhun Mammadov and Head of Parliament’s Apparatus Safa Mirzayev joined the meetings of the PUIC General Committee as well as of the standing specialized committees on Political and Foreign Relations, on Economic Affairs and Environment, Human Rights, Women and Family Affairs, and Cultural and Legal Affairs and Dialogue of Civilizations and Religions.

They shared their views on the documents on the agenda and considered organizational issues as well.
