Baku: The spring session of Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis is set to commence on February 2. Under the Internal Regulations of the Milli Majlis, the spring session typically begins on February 1 and runs through May 31. However, adjustments are made if February 1 coincides with a non-working day.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this year presents such a scenario, as February 1 is a Sunday, prompting the session's start to shift to the first subsequent working day. As a result, members of the Milli Majlis will gather on February 2 to initiate the spring session's legislative activities.
