Baku: Azerbaijan’s population has reached a total of 10,241,722 as of July 1, 2025, marking an increase of 16,833 people or 0.2%.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the State Statistical Committee provided data indicating this growth.
The data reveals that 54.4% of Azerbaijan’s residents live in urban areas, while the remaining 45.6% reside in rural locations. In terms of gender distribution, 49.8% of the population are men, and 50.2% are women.
