President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on measures to build the Gusar-Gayakend-Avaran-Khural highway in the Gusar district, APA reports.

According to Order, AZN 5,6 mln. has been allocated to the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads.
