By the relevant Orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Elmin Mammadov and Shahin Babayev have been appointed as the Deputy Ministers of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan, APA reports.

Until this appointment, Elmin Mammadov worked as the Head of the Legal Department at the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan.

Until this appointment, Shahin Babayev worked as the Advisor to the Minister of Digital Development and Transport.
