Zangilan: Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has declared that there is no necessity for external entities to protect Armenia from Azerbaijan. During a meeting with residents in Zangilan, he emphasized that Azerbaijan has accomplished its objectives and does not intend to harm Armenia or compromise its sovereignty.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev remarked on the presence of European observers at the Azerbaijan-Armenia border, stating that their presence is unnecessary as Azerbaijan has no aggressive intentions toward Armenia. He highlighted that these observers attempt to present themselves as protectors of Armenia, despite there being no threat from Azerbaijan. Aliyev firmly stated, "We have achieved what we set out to achieve," underscoring the completion of Azerbaijan's goals without any hostile intentions towards its neighbor.
