Baku: Ildirim Imran oglu Valiyev, Head of the Supervision of Execution and Human Resources Department of the Office of the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has been awarded the high special rank of State Counselor of Justice, 3rd class.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Ilham Aliyev signed an order in this regard. Valiyev’s new rank is a recognition of his contributions and service within the Security Council. The award represents a significant honor within the judicial and governmental framework of Azerbaijan.
