Petr Vitalyevich Glybochko, the Rector of I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University has been awarded the “Dostlug” Order, APA reports.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order in this regard.

According to the Order, he has been awarded for his special services in strengthening cooperation and mutual relations in the field of education between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation.
