President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order on conferring diplomatic ranks to employees of diplomatic service bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports. Under the Order, the following employees of the diplomatic service bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan have been conferred diplomatic ranks: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary: Askarov Alimirzamin Qavvam Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the First Class: Atamoghlanov Aghalar Rahim Guliyev Faig Magbet Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Second Class: Hajizada Aykhan Elkhan Musayev Azar Samiddin Yagubova Aysel Shakir Source: Azeri-Press news agency
