Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has congratulated Raman Saleh, who won his third gold medal at the “Tokyo-2020” Summer Paralympic Games, head of state tweeted in this regard, APA reports.

The post reads: “Once again, I sincerely congratulate Raman Saleh, who won his third gold medal at the Tokyo-2020 Summer Paralympic Games”.
