Baku: A group of individuals who have contributed to the protection of the environment and natural resources in Azerbaijan has been awarded. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order in this regard.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the order stipulates that several individuals were honored with the Taraggi Medal for their contributions to environmental protection and natural resource conservation in Azerbaijan. The recipients of this medal include Hasanov Arastun Hasanagha, Ganbarov Mirsalam Boyukaga, Sefiyev Amil Mirdamed, Shiraliyev Mayis Agahuseyin, and Tarverdiyev Gafar Huseyn.

Additionally, Aslanov Ilgar Vagif and Ibadova Sevinj Gafar were awarded the medal ‘For Distinction in Public Service’ for their exceptional public service efforts.
