Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has extended his congratulations to the Co-Presidents of the Republic of Nicaragua, Mr. Jose Daniel Ortega Saavedra and Madam Rosario Murillo, on the occasion of Nicaragua’s Independence Day.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev addressed a letter to the Nicaraguan leaders, expressing his heartfelt congratulations to them and the people of Nicaragua on behalf of himself and the citizens of Azerbaijan. In his message, President Aliyev highlighted the importance of developing relations between Azerbaijan and Nicaragua. He expressed confidence in the continued joint efforts to expand bilateral relations and strengthen cooperation within international organizations.

President Aliyev concluded his message by wishing the Nicaraguan leaders robust health, happiness, and success in their endeavors. He also extended his wishes for lasting peace and prosperity to the people of Nicaragua.
