Baku: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on ensuring the activities of the Open Joint-Stock Company “Azerenerji,” APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the decree specifies that the exercise of the powers of the general meeting in the ‘Azerenergy’ Open Joint Stock Company is entrusted to several key bodies. These include the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
