KAZAN—Vahid Hajiyev, the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan for the Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan districts, recently met with Rustam Minnikhanov, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, to discuss ongoing cooperation and development initiatives between Azerbaijan and Russia.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the discussions in Kazan emphasized the significance of sustained practical cooperation between Russia and Azerbaijan. Minnikhanov, reflecting on his recent working visit to Azerbaijan, praised the extensive restoration efforts in the regions of Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan, highlighting the rapid progress being made in these areas. The meeting also addressed various pertinent topics, indicating a robust bilateral relationship.

During his visit, Hajiyev is scheduled to engage with multiple public and private entities in both Kazan and Innopolis, underscoring the importance of these interactions in fostering deeper ties and collaboration between the two nations.
