BAKU — Prime Minister Ali Asadov participated in Azerbaijan's snap parliamentary elections by casting his vote at polling station No. 2 in the Sabail constituency.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, The polling station, designated for 1,343 registered voters, is one of 6,478 set up across Azerbaijan, including newly liberated territories. This election is the first to be held across the entire country, with 990 candidates competing for 125 parliamentary seats. The election, closely watched by 598 international and 112,749 local observers, is set to conclude at 7:00 PM today.
